Since this is a Devlog, I should give some progress on project JUPITER. It’s moving along quite well. I’m currently working on level design
mainly and getting into enemy AI and things like that a little later on, but the scenery looks great as far as I’m concerned. However, there’s
still quite a bit of work to be done and I’m estimating that this won’t be coming out until early 2021 - probably about March or April, though
I’m not gonna give myself a time limit.
Again, I’m learning Unity by making this project, so I’m in the process of figuring out triggers and how scripts connect and things like that, as
well as Unity’s C# API. I’ll be using Unity to develop most things from now on even though I used Gamemaker: Studio for the original Five
Nights at The Squad.
I’m excited to show you all what JUPITER will eventually be, and it will be revealed most likely by the start of next year, around March or so
but most likely when I’m completely finished with the game.
